Vote for Care

The Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) is asking nurses to vote fore the health care that all Canadians deserve on October. 19.

CFNU recently launched voteforcare.ca - a website that outlines Canadian nurses' demands from federal leaders in the upcoming election.

Canadian nurses have identified four major areas of concern including:

1. A National Prescription Drug Program;
2. A National Health Human Resource Plan;
3. A Safe Seniors Strategy; and
4. Defending Public Funding & Delivery of Health Care.
