CFNU
Health care
The Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) recently hosted a briefing for provincial premiers at the annual Council of the Federation meeting on the federal role within a national pharmacare program.
During the meeting, health and labour stakeholders from across the country came together to make a compelling case in favour of Canada implementing a universal pharmacare program. The consensus was that pharmacare is the next logical step in the evolution of Canada’s health care system.
